We have researched and experimented with the chemistry of photography, basing our work on some of the fundamental texts on the subject: for example, “ Fotoricettario” by Oscar Ghedina and Ansel Adams’ trilogy. As a result, we have been able to rediscover some historic formulas and adapt them to modern emulsions. By using special developing techniques, such as high dilution, double fixing bath, solutions of sodium sulphite diluted to 10%, we have managed to achieve optimum quality in terms of sharpness, compensation and sensitivity.
